Elviria
Elviria is an upmarket sea side resort located twelve kilometres from the city centre of the popular tourist resort of Marbella on the Costa del Sol, Andalusia. Elviria follows a Mediterranean climate pattern which guarantees hot sunny summer weather, mild winters which sees most of its rainfall. Elviria has a laidback atmosphere and an outspoken international character. It is peaceful and safe with picturesque tree lined streets, pine forests and a low density collection of properties. Just inland, the maze of well-manicured avenues and streets are home to stunning villas and townhouses, in addition to apartment complexes. This sprawling suburbia stretches right up to the La Mairena development, which sits in the heart of lush countryside. Ideal for many, as it is located only 15 minutes east of Marbella’s city centre and also easily accessible from Malaga´s airport, about half an hours drive away.

Boardwalk
Walk along the lovely coast on this recently created Boardwalk (Senda Littoral) The coastal path is being extended to link all the existing seafront town promenades from Marbella to Fuengirola. You will see lots of people walking, some exercising and is a perfect place to take a Sunday walk and marvel at the fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Adventure Park
Aventura Amazonia is the largest adventure park in Andalusia, and one of the leading theme parks on the Costa del Sol. Located in Elviria, and just 500m from the beach, the park has 6 Adventure Circuits and includes the longest treetop zipline in Andalusia, with a length of 240 metres.
It has an amazing 103 challenges, and 22 ziplines spread over 6 adventure circuits: MiniKids, Kids, Explorer, Jungle, Adventure and Sports; and 3 Beginner circuits. You will also find the Monkey Jump, a spectacular leap into the void from a height of 12m.
The Beach House
The Beach Houseis both a fine restaurant and a beach club. It is located on one of the best beaches in Marbella, the beautiful Playa Real Zaragoza. Its not just a wonderful setting to enjoy a delicious meal, but also caters for those wanting to soak up the sun, offering sun loungers, sun beds and showers. On weekends there are live music concerts with some of the area’s most talented artists.
